Cancellations before your trip
At Lotus Sharm we understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
48+ hours before the trip
Full refund (100%) — for any reason, no questions asked.
24 to 48 hours before
50% refund of the booking value.
Less than 24 hours before
No refund. However, you may reschedule to another date once at no extra charge.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel your trip due to weather, force majeure, or any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Processing time
Stripe refunds: 5–10 business days. Manual payments: refunded on the same day we approve it.
