The four famous sites
1. Jackson Reef
The most famous and the biggest. The wall drops to 80 m. Renowned for schools of barracuda and tuna, and shark sightings in summer. Snorkellers see plenty from the surface too.
2. Thomas Reef
The smallest but most thrilling site — it includes an underwater canyon with stunning coral and sponge colours. Favourite among photographers.
3. Woodhouse Reef
Long and narrow, suited to stronger currents. Wide variety of creatures: manta rays, tuna, rare fish species.
4. Gordon Reef
Contains an old shipwreck with a visible cannon. Suitable for beginners thanks to shallow waters.
The day's programme
- 8:30 AM: hotel pickup.
